Frontrunners & Briskwalkers Cork is an inclusive and welcoming running / walking club for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies in Cork, Ireland. Our club was founded in 2018, and since then, we have been committed to providing a safe and supportive space for runners and walkers of all abilities and backgrounds. We are part of International Front Runners, a network of LGBT running clubs all over the world.
Our Aims
- To promote health and wellbeing through running and walking among LGBTQIA+ adults, regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or physical fitness levels.
- To encourage LGBTQIA+ involvement in the sporting and local community.
- To be a social resource to our members who are seeking a safe place in our community.
